This is a collection of mages of wildflowers and wildlife captured along various trails, parks and places of interest in Southern California and Nevada. The presence of wild flowers is of course dependent on the season, though with the Mediterranean climate that we enjoyed, particularly while living in Southern California, there was usually something in bloom along the trails nearly all year round. Various techniques were employed when capturing some of these images including use of macro lenses.
